Negotiating Vendor Contracts

We are here to help you negotiate with wedding vendors and help you save money while creating the best possible wedding day. We also have a list of vendors whom we already work with and would love to provide referrals that are reliable and trustworthy. Our event planners are ready to get to work to make your day unique and memorable.

Designing for Memories

We not only provide "Day-of" Coordination, but we provide Full-Service Coordination as well. Don't know where to start? Wedding Packages

Simple Package. Day-of Management 


  • one planning meeting onsite - one venue walkthrough included 
  • ceremony/reception layout review or creation 
  • wedding weekend timeline coordination 
  • contact with vendors/wedding party/parents concerning timeline, directions, and locations 
  • direction of a one hour rehearsal 
  • day-of direction and vendor payment distribution 
  • eight hours of day-of availability (can be extended upon request). Full set-up and tear-down included. 


Tasteful Package. – 90-day Management 


  • two venue walkthroughs included 
  • access to our online planning program, checklist, and preferred partners list 
  • personalized vendor recommendations 
  • vendor contract review 
  • budget assistance 
  • wedding weekend itinerary for wedding party / family 
  • fourteen hours of day-of availability. Full set-up and tear-down included. 


Elegant Package. Full-Service Management 


  • Certified Wedding Planner and up to 3 Assistants 
  • venue and all vendor selection and negotiation - up to 5 visits included 
  • contact for vendors and payment management 
  • suggest and coordinate wedding party gifts, welcome bags, and favors 
  • • ensure marriage license is obtained and signed 
  • final headcount to all vendors 
  • oversee execution of all aesthetic details day-of 
  • working directly with photographer on styling detail shots for publication 
  • final walk-thru 
  • ceremony / reception layout review or creation 
  • wedding weekend timeline coordination 
  • bustling of dress, time-line development and checklists, seating chart assistance
